Our 63-5146 is a high pressure head burner. Most often used for portable cooking applications where high output is needed to bringing water, cooking oil and other liquids up to temperature quickly. This burner is mounted using the center cup through screw. At 12 PSI this burner uses 90,000 BTU/hr. It comes furnished with orifice block and orifice, the gas connection is 3/8 male flare. Versatile burner in that it can be used at low pressure setting for reduced heat output. This burner is the most popular for portable cooking systems. The burner output will vary depending on the pressure used. Great for homebrewers and turkey fryers.
