Seller-Defined Shipping

Each seller on Fuel1Direct is responsible for setting their own shipping methods, timelines, and fees. These details are displayed on individual product pages or seller profiles.

Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided by the seller. Fuel1Direct does not guarantee shipping times but encourages sellers to provide accurate information and ship orders promptly.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you should receive tracking details directly from the seller, if available. If you do not receive tracking info, you may contact the seller through your account dashboard.

Multiple Shipments

If you order from multiple sellers, items may arrive separately based on each seller’s fulfillment process.

2. Return Policies

Seller-Defined Returns

Return eligibility, timeframes, and conditions vary by seller. You must check each seller’s return policy before completing a purchase. Some sellers may offer returns, others may sell final-sale items.

Return Process

To request a return, contact the seller directly through your order details. If approved, follow their instructions for shipping the item back. Buyers are typically responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories, like fuel or perishable goods, may be excluded from returns due to safety or regulatory reasons. These will be marked clearly on the product page.

3. Disputes & Buyer Protection

Fuel1Direct Support

While sellers manage their own policies, Fuel1Direct is available to assist in resolving issues that cannot be handled directly with the seller. Our goal is to maintain trust between buyers and sellers on the platform.

Non-Delivery or Misrepresentation

If a seller fails to deliver an item or sends a product significantly different from the listing, you can open a dispute via your dashboard. Fuel1Direct may review the case and take appropriate action, including refunds or seller account suspension.

4. For Sellers: Guidelines

Set Clear Shipping & Return Terms

Sellers must clearly state their shipping and return policies on each product listing. These must comply with applicable consumer laws and should be fair and transparent.

Respond Promptly to Return Requests

Sellers are expected to respond to return or refund requests in a timely manner and cooperate with Fuel1Direct in case of disputes.

Update Shipping Status

Sellers must update order statuses and tracking information to keep buyers informed and maintain transparency.

5. Important Notes

Custom Products

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective upon arrival. Check product details carefully.

International Orders

Shipping and returns for international orders are subject to additional policies, duties, or restrictions based on the seller’s location and buyer destination.
