To become a seller on Fuel1Direct, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Operate a legally registered business or act as a sole proprietor with the right to sell goods or services.
• Provide accurate business, tax, and payment information.

Sellers may list both physical products and bidding-based services.

All listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

Sellers must include clear descriptions, pricing, stock levels, and shipping times.

Products must not violate any applicable laws or Fuel1Direct’s content guidelines.

You may not sell:

• Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
• Hazardous materials or substances.
• Products that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
• Any goods or services prohibited by local, national, or international law.

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and accurately.

Shipping details (cost, carrier, tracking) must be clearly communicated to buyers.

Sellers must meet stated delivery timelines or inform buyers of delays.

Sellers must adhere to Fuel1Direct’s return policy and honor all eligible return and refund requests.

If a dispute arises, Fuel1Direct may intervene and issue a refund on behalf of the buyer if necessary.

Sellers offering bidding-based services must respond to bid requests in a timely and professional manner.

Bids should include clear pricing, turnaround time, and service terms.

Misleading or fake bidding will result in account suspension.

Sellers set their own prices but must honor them once a buyer makes a purchase.

Any promotional pricing must be honest and time-limited.

Artificial inflation of pricing or misleading discounts is not permitted.

Fuel1Direct may charge commission or service fees on each sale (disclosed during onboarding).

Payouts will be processed to the seller's account after deducting applicable fees.

Sellers are responsible for their own taxes and compliance.

Sellers must respond to customer queries within 48 hours.

Communication should be professional, respectful, and solution-oriented.

Repeated poor customer service may lead to suspension.

Sellers must have the legal right to use images, descriptions, or brand names used in listings.

Violations of intellectual property rights may result in product removal and account suspension.

Fuel1Direct reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate our terms or local laws.
• Remove listings without notice if they are deemed unsafe, offensive, or fraudulent.

Fuel1Direct is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, business interruption, or third-party claims resulting from your use of the platform.
• Damages caused by delays, shipping failures, or customer disputes.

We may update these Terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of material changes and are responsible for reviewing the updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fuel1Direct is registered.
