Driver Qualifications & CDL Notice

CDL and hazmat credentials are not required to submit this application. Under Fuel 1 Connect’s program requirements, a driver holding the required CDL and hazmat endorsement must be in place at contract signing. The driver may be the applicant or a hired driver; the franchisee or partner does not have to personally be the driver. The vehicle must be operated by a driver holding the required CDL and hazmat endorsement.
