Micro Fuel Station Service – 93 Non Ethanol Hi-Performance Fuel per Gallon

Fuel 1 Micro Fuel Stations dispense 93-octane Non-Ethanol gasoline intended only for non-highway use. This includes use in boats, generators, lawn equipment, powersports vehicles, and other off-road applications. By using this service, customers acknowledge and agree to the following: + Fuel dispensed from Fuel 1 Micro Fuel Stations is not for use in licensed on-road motor vehicles. + All fuel is sold prepaid and non-refundable once dispensed. Any fuel prepaid and not dispensed will be refunded. + Fuel 1 LLC, its partners, and dealers are not responsible for misuse, spillage, or storage compliance after fueling. + Users are responsible for using approved containers and proper safety handling in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. + Fuel 1 LLC reserves the right to suspend or deny service to any customer or location not following safety and compliance procedures. Fuel 1 is not a Licensed Fuel provider, Fuel 1 is offering its system as a dispenser and transfer option. Pricing is based on RETAIL fully pre-paid fuel with a convenience fee for dispensing.  This is a Fuel Service and the price is service only. Each Fuel service customer will manage the fuel dispensing into their canisters or vehicles with their own discretion. Fuel 1 Employees or its dealers will not dispense fuel to customers canisters or vehicles, this is self service only.

Statement on Weights & Measures
Fuel 1 Direct Micro Stations and Pods are designed as fuel transfer systems, not retail fuel dispensing devices, and therefore are not subject to traditional Weights and Measures classifications. All fuel is purchased and owned by Fuel 1 LLC with applicable taxes paid in full at the time of procurement. Customers are not purchasing fuel as a retail product, but rather engaging Fuel 1 for a fuel service, which includes the transfer and managed access to fuel. Fuel 1 LLC does not operate as a retail fuel reseller, but as a service provider facilitating efficient, compliant fuel delivery and usage.
Dispensing volumes are approximate, and the pump may dispense slightly more or less than the indicated amount, within a tolerance of ±1% of total volume.
